We serve two of the most rare, mouth-watering hams served in Columbus. Serrano ham (jamón serrano) is the most popular ham in Spain. It has a delicious nutty flavor. It is cured for 12 to 18 months and is served thinly sliced. Iberian ham (jamón ibérico) is made from an indigenous black pig only found in the mountains of Spain and Portugal. It is cured for up to 5 years and is full of rich flavor. We hope you’ll try each one and find out why this is the iconic food of Spain!
